Red Robin; Yummmmm!

I got together last night with Mr & Mrs Incomparable Joe Wilhelm for a Whiskey River BBQ Burger, bottomless french fries (although I hit the bottom pretty quickly) and an ice cold Coca-Cola.  Make that two ice cold Coca-Colas.  Our wide-ranging conversations explored (in order); the 2012 college World Series, the Hit Doctor, Mexican Coca-Cola, Republican Speaker of the House John Boehner, Mary's riveting comparative analysis of different pharmaceutical companies, Cincinnati Reds baseball, Ted Williams' military service, Friendly's Reese's Pieces ice cream sundae, European genealogical records, thoroughbred horse racing and Daisy Fuentes.

Afterward, Mary Wilhelm expertly managed my Android and took this fantastic, perfectly-framed photograph of me and Joe.  It was 17 degrees.  As you might be able to discern from the photograph, Joe and I were cold.  Later that evening, the local broadcast news weather babe reported that the wind chill made it feel 0 [zero].

Driving home, with the Jeep's seat heater set to Maximum Lava, I listened via satellite radio to the sublime observations of Charles Krauthammer.

In other words, just another day in the life of Weapons-grade Mike.
